Ŗaishal Doqa (/ˈraɪʃɒl.doʊ̯k͡wɒ/)

Author of the Official History of the Kingdom of Kiŗaun, Ŗaishal Doqa created the history at the behest of Badnīl Qau and Nautīr Ptor. He became the Līdīkilal i Kiŗaun, the court historian of Kiŗaun, a position held until the dissolution of Kiŗaun after the death of Badnil. His final official act as Līdīkilal was to record said dissolution and announce the formation of the Eastern Principalities.
