Bracers of Fáazuk
Also known as Dövud Allub एॕऌ्ए झय्अ /dɔˈvud.allub/, the dragon bracers, the Bracers of Fáazuk were gifted to Bružu Brubváb, to aid her in the fight against the wizard kings during the God War.
These magically powerful bracers grant powers of elemental control, allowing the wearer to control the elements earth, wind, fire, and water. They also allow the wearer to influence elemental beings.
The bracers appear to be polished bronze, although it is likely they have a not insignificant amount of fonujajo in order to contain the magics within. Each bracer is slightly shorter than length of the wearer's forearm, extending from just past the elbow to just above the wrist, changing in size as needed.
There are four dragon serpents sculpted in coils around each bracer, with the tails starting at the elbow end and the gaping mouths finishing at the wrist end. The dragons are equally spaced around each bracer. Each has two gemstones for eyes, with different types of stones for each dragon: rubies for the dragon of fire, emeralds for the dragon of water, diamonds for the dragon of wind, and black opals for the dragon of earth. The eyes of the appropriate dragon glow faintly when the power of the associated element is used.
Significance
The Dragon Bracers were gifted to Bružu Brubváb in 3246 FA by Fáazuk himself. She used them in battle after battle in the God War. The last time she used them was in her valiant defense of Blodäu Thēŗu. While the attack on the stronghold was eventually repelled (thanks largely to the strategic use of the bracers), Bružu perished during the battle.
Bružu's squire, Thäpurpé Žothe, collected the bracers and took it upon himself to guard them. He knew they were too powerful for him to use and he knew of no one wise enough and strong enough to entrust them to. He took them to the temple of Öžukallub which Bružu used as a base of operations. Thäpurpé conspired with a trusted priest and another paladin to hide the bracers away. Over time they created The Neurzhor to keep the bracers from falling into the wrong hands. The organization has existed since then.
