A seemingly powerful magical entity, whose name is written in a mix of sylvan and infernal, and whose magic appears as red and green fire. Her surname translates roughly to final result, outcome, or fate.
She has a deal with Condryn Favyr, which can be read at Condryn's Contract.
Merlara Luven and Moltsis Szazti know of her connection to city council, and mentioned the idea of her cutting Moltsis out of a deal.
She also appears to have a deal with Natalia Vonalath, Haigha, and some possible connection to Daniel Knifely. She spoke up inside Natalia's mind, warning her not to give too much information to the party when they were trying to learn about Gabriel Burdett. In a flashback dream, she offered Haigha help with Swan, who appeared to have a childhood illness.
She spoke to Zanth in a dream, telling her not to trust Haigha.
Her magic has been seen around every party member except K41N, sometimes in the form of nooses.
