Magical Affinity
A group of people in the Black Marble are naturally attuned to an unknown elemental known as magic. Generally speaking, they have the ability to craft and shape spells with powers that really can't be explained. Some people would call them Lovecrafters because of the lack of explanation on what the spells conceptually is, but that's another subset group known as Eldrich.
Spellweavers are known to have magical affinity and crafts those little toilet paper rolls that sell like hotcakes. That little subsection sells rolls, ink, and random stationary, but their newest invention has the ability to edit the characteristics of persons, places, and things. Some may say that they are the reason why a human would have leaf-like skin and dental problems in a different land.
They're around everywhere in the Black Marble, but most of them hang out around the Purple Cluster. Or was it the Indigo cluster? Maybe it was Blue, or Magenta, or Gold, or some mix of Mardi Gras? Where ever they are, you can see a slew of them in the land of Magic, Inechiho. You can find a lot of these folk spouting random gibberish and crafting inventions and spells that no one can rationalize.
As to why they would craft such odd things is because the Black Marble is a magical place in everyone's dreams, operative word being magic. While there is spellcasters that can do their own thing, not a lot of people can cast a spell willingly, or at all. They craft these thingimibobbers and ship them out to the wild multi-coloured ocean.
