Demographics

Shockspires population is mostly dwarven in nature, due to the fact that dwarves were the one who crafted Mjölnir, Thor's Hammer. Next would be Warforged generated by electricity, then the ones who's body are infused with lightning (Bolt Genasi), and then would be the other races who believe in any god of Thunder and Lightning, including humans.

Defences

The defenses in Shockspire is one of the most lethal in the Black Marble, using their various methods of thunder and lightning to shock and paralyze any who try to invade.

Industry & Trade

This town is the leading source of electricity in the Yellow Realm.

Infrastructure

There is a food hall filled with rock textured fried birds with tender flesh, tangy blueberries and peaches as a fine garnish and a vegan alternative.

The Shock Rockers are the local gang in Shockspire, they are composed of the men who devote their life and share a common interest in worshiping the ascended God of Thunder, Gene Simmons. Some worship Simmons as a secondary deity, for fear that their worship is not acceptable in Shockspire. Their leader, Riker Denquijote, holds the minor soul of Voltissimissimo (or vfff for short).

History

Shockspire was once named Þórrig, loosely translated as Thor's Ridge. It was founded as a monastery to worship Thor, but as time goes, it became a place for the devoted of gods and goddesses of thunder.

Tourism

The town's tourist sites mostly fall under their lore as a worshiping spot for Thor. As time goes, it opened to more gods and goddesses of thunder like Zeus, Nkuta, Chaac, Shango, Oya, Gene Simmons, Thunderbird, Raijin and many other gods.

Architecture

The settlement is filled with Scandinavian architecture with sharp edges and points made to have the appearance of a lightning bolt.

Natural Resources

The mountain Shockspire is on beds pure silver among other conductive metals. Also there are birds who fly there that can conduct electricity through their feathers. Their feathers are a high commodity and can be sold for thousands, but the species is protected by the Shock Rockers, believing it to be the reincarnation of the Thunderbird, a god from Iroquois and Huron mythology.
