Mozzrag

Mozzrag was the Demon of fear. He was summoned by a witch of the Sacred Well Circle in the mid-1700s and "contracted" to the Agent of Fear from then on. Mozzrag had influence over Joey , Helen Holcomb and Charlotte Walker.
Mozzrag's plan for this plane was to introduce Fear wherever possible. Fear is a great motivator for whatever you are trying to get a target to do, but it can also be crippling. Fear keeps us from doing what we know we need to do. Fear keeps us in a box. Mozzrag used that to his advantage and spread fear anywhere and everywhere.
Mozzrag is in a constant fight with Ger'Uillan who is currently in charge of the mission to overthrow Blackwell. Mozzrag is clearly the one responsible for making inroads into the successful demonic activity in the area, but no one ever listens to Mozzrag. Typical.
The Agents of Fear were Craven and Doyle.
The agents of Fear kept a sealed envelope or a sealed box and were told that if they ever opened it, they were out of the Circle and something terrible would happen. This uses the specific and motivating Fear; The Fear of the unknown. There was nothing in the envelopes and nothing in the boxes.
