Description

The dominant religion, Fauna, states that the world of Blash was created by Oghma's dream. In reality, Oghma was banished by the rulers on her home planet to an all water planet named Azule. As she began to drown after being thrown into the sea, she pleaded for anyone in the universe listening to her thoughts to giver her a chance of redemption. At the same time, an underground volcano erupted right below Oghma, saving her life and creating the continent/world she would name Blash. The Fall of the Florian Fighters was a massacre of religious extremists who betrayed Oghma. When Oghma encovered the betrayal of some of her most devote and trusts followers, she decimated them and was believed to have banished their souls to forever walk the boneyards of the Yarrow Caliphate. This event marked the end of the Era of Servants. Devasted, Oghma decided to take a step back from mortal affairs. She would no longer directly influence any rule or politics of the island. This marked the beginning of the Era of Mortals and mortal control of the island. Many citizens of Blash are tribal/communal, and practice the local religion called Fauna. The Faunans worship Oghma, a goddess of water, plants, strength, and fertility and creator of Blash. Oghma's child, Recola, is the god of protection and love. They believe that the two gods have been separated, right around the time that Rhododendron took control of Blash about a year ago. The Faunan's holy champions, also known as Florian Fighters, protect the last running ancient Fauana temple in Fantasta Flora. Florian Fighters are constantly searching for the key of the Oracle, according to the "Legend of the Oracle", which states that once the key and the Oracle (a container of immense power) are reunited, Blash will enter an era of peace and prosperity.


Discorporation. When drops to 0 hit points or dies, Oghma's body is destroyed, but Oghma's essence travels back to domain in Blash, and is unable to take physical form for a time.   Innate Spellcasting (3/Day). Oghma can innately cast Divine Word, Control Weather, and Time Stop (Spell Save DC 26) (For spells that require it). Oghma's spellcasting ability is Charisma.   Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If fails a Saving Throw, Oghma can choose to succeed instead.   Limited Magic Immunity. Unless Oghma's wishes to be affected, she is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. Oghma has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.   Magic Weapons. Oghma’s weapon attacks are magical.   Multiple Reactions. Oghma can take one reaction per turn, rather than only one per round. Oghma also has advantage on saving throws against being knocked unconscious. If Oghma fails a saving throw against an effect that would stun a creature, one of unspent Legendary Actions is spent.   Regeneration. Oghma regains 30 Hit Points at the start of turn.

Actions

Change Shape (1/Day). Oghma magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating equal to or less than her own, or back into true form. When Oghma drops to 0 hit points or dies, her body is destroyed, but her essence travels back to domain in Blash, and she is unable to take physical form for a time. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form. In a new form, Oghma retains Ability Scores, Alignment, Hit Points, Hit Dice, Innate Spellcasting, Legendary Resistance, Limited Magical Immunity, ability to speak, Senses, Proficiencies, as well as this Action, but her AC, movement modes, and other Actions and Legendary Actions are replaced by those of the new form, and gains any statistics and capabilities (except Class Features, Legendary Actions, and Lair Actions) that the new form has but that lacks.   Multiattack. Oghma can use her Frightful Presence. She then makes three attacks: two with her hands, and one with her tail.   Hands. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to Hit, Reach 15ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6 +10) Damage   Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to Hit, Reach 25ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d8 +10) Damage   Frightful Presence. Each creature of Oghma's choice that is within 240 feet of Oghma and aware of her must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom Saving Throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the Saving Throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful, or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Oghma’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
