Taking a page from Dazzlikat's book, "ew that's disgusting". Why would non-were-tigers want mountain lion blood i know Dazzlikat doesn't and i keep bringing dead mountain lions to the back garden, its a good thing i eat them after draining them. Otherwise, Dazz would kick me out, and we wouldn't want that.

First it is stored in mountain lions then it is harvested out of them for the ritual known as The Blood Panther. When it is used in The Blood Panther it is "stored" in a bath tub if desired.
