Elia has greenish-blue wings, reminiscent of some kind of insect. She also dyes her hair pink with color from the flowers around Ephyrae.

Personal history

Born to the third son in the royal line of succession, Elia only succeeded the throne after a series of accidents and assassinations. Shortly after coming into power, she heard of the revolution in Virkhagen and reached out to offer aid. After the Fall of Jaisalmer during the Virkhagen Revolution, Elia helped Fraya Lorna recover from her injuries in Ephyrae and successfully sent aid and funds to the revolution.

Accomplishments & Achievements

While surviving the Ephyraean court could potentially be considered an accomplishment, Elia has not completed much in her city since her reign began. However, she is a major voice in the city's planned expansion.

Morality & Philosophy

A devout follower of Alaran, Elia always tries to adhere to the tenets of the Ecclesia of the Dawn. She has lived a relatively sheltered, privileged life, and so the religion that she has grown up with is the main influence behind her current life philosophy.
While unwilling to commit violence herself, Elia is more than able to hire outsiders to arrange "accidents" for those that cross her. This is typical of the nobles in the Ephyraean court.
