King of Diamonds
A serious man with a serious business. He runs the Palace of Diamonds casino in western Kabuki, but most of his money stem from being one of the areas more discreet fixers. Playing his cards close to his chest is so much a principle that it's impossible to tell if he's keeping secrets because they matter or because he just thinks that's how the game should be played. Which is, of course, exactly his intention. There's no point in trying to investigate everything he's hiding, which means the things he really want hidden are obscured by the rest.
Physically, the King is a large man in every sense of the word. His wide shoulders carry strong cyberarms covered With RealSkinn™. No one seem to remember ever having seen his eyes as they're always covered by red mirrorshades. At the back of his shaved head is a metal plate that some theorize cover an old neural port, but the King has refused any comments.
While few know his true name or background, the King of Diamond has a few mannerisms and lingustic quirks that reveal some Russian, or at least slavic, influence. He's certainly fluent in Russian as well as English, but he also has no trouble with Japanese, Chinese, or Spanish.
