Megabuilding H04

During planning, this was supposed to be an extension towards the south from what was then called Heywood across the area still known as Arroyo — the name now used for this whole area. The building still marks this border, though Pacifica has always been even farther south. To many of Night City's working class, H04 is close enough to the central parts of the city, far away from most gang violence, and priced low enough to be a good choice. If they have a choice. It's a place where people keep their nose to the grind and try to avoid grandiose dreams.
