Megabuilding H07

H07 was concieved of as a megablock early on in the reconstruction of Night City as many of the slightly better off survivors of the Night City Holocaust toook up residence in Rancho Coronado. Politics and construction problems pushed the start of the project a couple of years and the completion even more. By the time H07 was completed, it had become yet another pillar of hopelessness. Same as any other megabuilding in the city. More dust and less blood than some of those closer to the center, maybe.
