Sunset Motel
The Sunset Motel and Bar is on I-9, just east of Night City. It caters to those who need to be near the city, but would rather avoid being in it. Some stay here on their way somewhere else, or as a last stop before heading into NC. But it's not a secret that a not-insignificant portion of the guests aren't here because of somewhere they're heading towards — they're here because there's something they're keeping away from.
The bar is often manned by the owner of the establishment, a friendly man whose hair is turning grey. He might seem meek, but his shotgun has kept more than one group of raiders away. The bar itself is stocked with everything one might expect from an establishment such as this and nothing else. If you're at the Sunset, you're clearly not looking for a gourmet meal. Drink your Broseph peace and accept whatever grub is in the nearby SCSM.
While taking care of humans is simple enough, the motel knows vehicles might be even mroe important out here. A well-equipped garage is available for repairs and storage of various spare parts, with an ample supply of CHOOH² in the pumps. There aren't any mechanics on staff, but you can usually pay a regular to help you out. If you want something more advanced, DaKota's garage is just ten minutes down the road.
The rooms themselves are simple. There's a bathroom enough for rinsing off, a small desk that's usually intact, a couple of chairs, and either a single or double bed. Bed linens are washed between each occupant, the rest is cleaned if needed. The motel also demands a deposit that's returned the next day if the room doesn't require repairs or extra cleaning. They've had to scrape brains off of the walls one time too many not to take precautions.
Double: €$30
Deposit for cleaning/repairs: €$50
