Blurr II

This universe is called Blurr II as this was the second attempt to create this version of this universe. This universe was created by opening up an unstable wormhole above the raging storm on Jupiter. This unstableness mixed with the gravitational pull of the planet caused the wormhole to rip open time and space between the veil of the cosmos causing those two parallel universes to merge. Unfortunately the calculations were a little off, and this cause both of those universes to crash into and destroy one another. The group that caused this was able to slip away through a one way worm hole to another parallel universe before the destruction. They docked on the rings of Saturn and began building their fortress determined to get their plan correct this time.   This group calls themselves The House of Saturn, and their plan, The Great Merge, would be a success the second time around, but the damage would still be massive. When the Great Merge happened a number of the planets and moons we know collided, creating a catastrophic cataclysm. The only surviving planets were Earth, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. A number of new moons were formed around these remaining planets due to all the space rubble.   The HoS was able to create a strong authoritative presence in what remained of the solar system with their military strong arm The Black Cube Cult. HoS has somehow been able to make technical advances at an incredibly disturbing rate. They claim that this is due to a brand new energy source that they have discovered. That information remains classified to only high ranking members of their organization. The HoS has also started to expand their boarders as they scour the Galaxy looking for other planets that they can bend to their will. These troubling actions have caught the eye of the Galactic Counsel, and the council fears that the HoS is looking to overtake them as well to become the new watchers/protectors of this Galaxy. If that were to happen, the Galaxy would be doomed to suffer for eternity.   Our story begins in the year 3294 on one of the small rock satellites circling the earth that formed after The Great Merge. This small chunk of rock has been turned into a HoS planetary prison system that is ran by the Black Cube Cult. The name of this prison system is Embers of Fire. Guilt or innocence does not matter when getting thrown into this prison. Fate is determined by the charged's stance in relation to HoS. Oppose them in any way, and your guilt is sealed.   Our party must find a way to escape this prison and begin their journey to stand against The House of Saturn. If they are strong enough they may end up becoming the hope of the Galaxy.
