Slaves to none

The Iaradorians are a rising race of man. For multiple millennia, the tribes of the north engaged in petty conflict for livestock and iron meteor ore. Long ago, slowly but surely, the Alemars High Elf servants conquered and enslaved eastern Iaradorian tribes near the River Ire. Eventually massive slave colonies were established which caught the attention of the western Iaradorian tribes who feared a similar fate. The largest recorded slave revolt in history was facilitated by the united Western tribes of Iarador who moved in and freed their eastern brothers with the assistance of horses traded from the Tirian nomads.
Within a generation, the Kingdom of Iarador was established, rivalling elven power in the north. Now an equestrian people with a clear line divided between former slaves and the noble warrior caste who fought the elves has formed between the rulers and the ruled. A new type of warrior, the 'Hussar' has been established, fierce horseback warriors bent on curbing elven influence wherever they can.


Character Creation Naming Conventions
Iaradorians have three components to their name, their first name and a last name, and in formal occasions, their home town. For example, an Iaradorian may introduce himself as "Stanij Wolina", but in a formal setting, he would introduce himself as "Stanij Wolina of Rîșhei"

Iaradorian Stats Age Iaradorians, like other humans, typically live between 50-75 years. Older Iaradorians(40+) have a +1 bonus to their constitution.
Alignment While humans in general do not have a standard alignment, and can typically fall anywhere on the scale, Iaradorians tend to follow lawful paths. This is not required.
Size All humans are medium sized.
Speed Iaradorians base speed is 30 feet.
Languages Iaradorians speak Kraolish. They may also learn another language of their choice that is human or elf based. (See DM for a list of languages)
Ability Score Increase Iaradorians can increase any two abilities by one, or one ability by two (Cannot progress an ability past 16)
Hussar Legacy: On horseback, Iaradorians gain a +1 to all combat actions, and a +1 to AC.
Polearm Proficiency: Iaradorians are proficient in all polearms, both on horseback and on foot.
