Kharians

Kharians are a race of humans who hail from the plains of Northern Igrora. They are bowmen, trappers, and horse back riders. They are proficient in riding on horseback, and firing bows from horseback. Kharian society is set up as tribes, who all answer to a single leader, known as the Bahdari, who is considered to be the strongest among them. Kharians value family, local traditions, and personal prowess.

Naming Conventions

  Kharians have a single name that they are given at birth. They are then granted more names, based on personal achievements, and always given by a more senior member of their tribe to them.

Kharian Stats

Age Kharian , like other humans, typically live between 50-75 years. Older Kharians (40+) have a +1 bonus to their strength or constitution abilities.   Alignment While humans in general do not have a standard alignment, and can typically fall anywhere on the scale, Kharian tend to follow neutral or chaotic paths. This is not required.   Size All humans are medium sized.   Speed Kharian base speed is 30 feet.   Languages Kharian speak Kharian. They may also learn another language of their choice that is human or elf based. (See DM for a list of languages)   Ability Score Increase Kharian gain a +1 in increase their Strength and Dexterity.   Proficiency Kharians gain a proficiency in Animal Handling and Survival.   Feat Kharians gain the Mounted Combatant Feat.   Riders of the Plains: Kharians gain a +1 to all saving throw rolls when mounted on horseback.
