Appointment
The CEO is appointed at the AGM (Annual General Meetng) by the the board of directors.
To become eligible for the post of CEO you must be nominated by two shareholders.
Then all the candidates that have been nominated get voted on by all the shareholders and the person with the most vote. This may take several run offs as the winner must have at least 51% of the votes.
