The information hunter service is a organisation that is experts in gathering information and willing to get you information for the right price. If they don't have the information already they can acquire it for you, with there expert information brokers.
There are several governments and organisations who have diplomatic agreements with the IHS who help police there planets and organisations.

Structure

The roles in order of importance:

The Master collector is believed to be based on his own star ship and works from there. He is constantly on the move. There is also multiple library ships as well and are never in the same place at the same time. There clients are never aloud onboard the ships or know where they are.
