Prylar Crell Bex Rillak

Was born to a Bajoran farther and Cardassian mother and was taken in by the Bajoran “Church”. After his parents were killed by the Bajoran resistance in a bombing in which he survived and was not taken in by the resistance because he was a symbol of what was wrong with the Cardassians and Bajoran traitors. But soon left after he was taken in by a local order and has served the Profits faithfully since.
To this day he has been the only person who is either a non Bajoran or partial alien to serve in a official position on Bajor.

Personal history

Got brought up by his parents for quite a few years. His birth was hiding as it wasn't "proper" for a Carsassian woman to give birth to a half Bajoran baby. In private he got looked after like any other Cardassian child, maybe even better. In Public he was not seen with his mother he was always to one side with the "other" people.

He is half Bajoran, half Cardassian in a occupation where everybody hates you for being other.
