Rodium
Rodinium is one of the hardest known materials, more than 21.4 times harder than diamond. Rodinium was a common material in Cardassian starship construction, along with Federation stations and outposts. It makes an excellent material for reinforcing structural frame assemblies and superconducting molybdenum-jacketed waveguide conduits. Rodnium is extremely rare but has been harvested utilizing giant ramscoops situated above gas giants
