Troubled times in the Blue West
On the central place of Sookva , stands a pedestal on which a small man with a mustache shouts an inspirational speech to a roaring crowd.
this man is called Imir Eenin, and for six days, he has been the leader of massive protests in the city and surroundings. The elevated position he stands on originally bore the statue of Sookva's founding lord, but it has been pushed out by angry revolutionaries.
a change is operating in this industrial city, and working classes have risen in anger against the existing powers. In the chaos, leaders have become unable to maintain order. Changes are about to happen
Fellows, a wind of change blows on the plains of the west ! For too long we have been crushed under the powerful. For too long we have been used as puppets, to fight needless wars serving the interests of lords and royals only.
Will we let them abuse the people further?
Will we allow those raptors to keep on exploiting working classes for their personal enrichment?
[Stormy applause] I think not!
The [Kalendic] Order has lied tous all! They don't serve the righteous path, they serve themselves and enslave us in ignorance! The very fact that they wish to silence us so bad is proof that their system is incapable against the will of the masses! They have distorted the words of a hero, to feed us with lies, keeping us from our rights, preventing our emancipation. We will not welcome their lies anymore!
The other regions disregard us, claiming that we are a minority, but I see hundreds of thousands of you, willing to fight for your own freedom. They claim that we're fools, because they fear that our revolution will spread to them. But it will! We will show the people of the world what it means to be free, and to have true equality, and soon, no government will resist our unified fury. We have raised the strongest voice that has ever chanted. We have the strongest will, shared and transported in the people's commitees, and we have brought our will for them to hear us. For what? They hide from our claims, in fear behind their thick walls and their military. And they think this will stop us. But I say no! [Stormy applause]
No wall will stop our wave, no army will stop our march. I say, we'll force them to hear us, and if they refuse, we'll remove them. Who said that we need them to lead ourselves? Our future does not belong to them ! It belong to you, workers, peasants, civilians. It belongs to us all. [Stormy applause]
We will spread education, to allow everyone to fight for their freedom. We will build the bases of a strong and unified society. Is that not the original will of Kal? We will give everyone the opportunity to choose their leaders, to be safe from slavery. The masses will no longer be tools, but a full-fledged power, strengthened by its unity. The industry will be run by the industrious. Food, shelter, security, the essential needs will be fulfilled for everyone to access. Fellows, I believe that our region could be the apex of human fulfilment, and I will fight tooths and nails to bring our region to a brighter future.
