Two-corders
Two-corders are a common type of ship widely used for their good performances and their relatively low production price.
A two-corder is a long an thin ship, with two to three masts. It has a low pofile, good turning rates and maneuvrability.
Propulsion
Two to three masts hold large, triangular sails.
Weapons & Armament
Since the third magissal war, some two-corders have been transformed into war ships, and are equipped with large ballistas on their flanks, additional ceramic shielding and more resistant masts.
Armor and defense
Some ships are equipped with additional layers of wood on the hull, to resist impacts on rocks. This is expensive, but can be worth it for ships that sail the treacherous waters of the Sea of Fire.
