Gatsu, Eye of Wisdom
In the beginning, there were only four things in this universe, Gatsu, Sakuska, Yorutoko, and Nichiomma.
during that time, Gatsu was considered their leader, due to his size, but he was barbaric and violent, he wanted his way and his way only, so you can imagine how mad he was when Sakuska opposed him. Gatsu wanted to settle it over a fight, because he thought he could win, he was mistaken. Of course, Sakuska won and decapitated Gatsu.
Gatsu was resentful of Sakuska for a while, but when humans began to advance his third eye opened- literally.
Gatsu has the knowledge of everyone to ever exist, animals, humans, gods, even the four, he knows everything they know. Once humans began to advance he realized what an amazing world Sakuska had made, and decided to help as much as he could, the first thing he did was place himself on the other side of the world, the part Sakuska could not see, and he watched over it for him; the second thing he did was introduce magic into Sakuska's world, giving humans another world to explore.
It's said that when Gatsu (the moon) is looking at you, your magical abilities increase greatly, there have been stories of wars being fought in the night and someone casting a weaker spell that ends up killing half a dozen people. It seems as though even his very gaze holds pure power, even those who couldn't cast spells gain magical abilites from it.
Gatsu is rarely worshipped, and if he is worshipped he's worshipped with Sakuska, instead of worshipping him people try to seek wisdom from him, people chase his gaze, so they can be blessed with knowledge, people have tried to chase the light of the moon for days, just to get some insight, and sometimes, not all the time, the insight is given.
The few Gatsu worshippers that exist say his Ideal is to simply cast magic, keep the art alive as the world advances.
Gatsu's children are Namalji, Domfru, and Joshinda.
