Fart Touch

What is considered a rude gesture in your world? Why is it offensive?
A maneuver where one farts, preferably in the palm of their hand, then touches someone only to proudly state, "FART TOUCH!" Clever usage of the wind can enable experts of this technique to translate farts without any physical touch, and then may still say, "FART TOUCH!" A clever target may immediately counter with their own fart touch, in which case it trumps the first fart touch. This is considered offensive for obviouse reasons, because who wants fart hands on them really?

Material components

An audible fart which requires a Constitution VS DC 15 to produce properly. No ordinary fart will do, it has to sound comical or smell really bad.

Effects

The target must make a Wisdom VS DC 5 save or lose 1 hit point in addition to disadvantage on their next roll. If the target succeeds then they may fart touch the attacker back, but with a Wisdom DC 10 save.
