Copy
Copy allows the user to utilize an innate technique after Rika consumes part of its original user's body. Depending on the strength of the cursed technique and the number of times the user wishes to use it, the amount and part of the body changes. Therefore, a strong technique requires a more vital part of the target's body in order to be copied, though the user can circumvent this by placing a binding vow on the number of uses for the technique. When copying a technique from a target that can use reverse cursed technique, if the consumed part is regenerated by the target, the value of the body part is lost and cease to satisfy the condition of copying it, preventing the user from using the technique.
After consumption, the cursed technique is stored within Rika and can only be accessed by the user when she is fully manifested or through domain expansion. Having Rika function as an external storage for cursed techniques is necessary, as the user's brain would be overloaded by the multiple techniques otherwise. Once accessed, the user is able to fully use the innate technique's capabilities as well as any of its extension techniques.
The main strength of Copy lies in the wide variety of abilities at the user's disposal. Using a copied technique, the user essentially possesses the same advantages and disadvantages of the original user they copied it from, although their ability to swap between techniques makes them a more versatile and unpredictable opponent to deal with.
"The nature of Copy causes the user's opponents to focus more on their stockpiled techniques, making them less wary of the techniques' original users. Those who are informed of Copy's conditions especially have the preconceived notion that the user stole the cursed techniques rather than copying them. As a result, when a technique's original user assists the user during a fight, the opponent is usually caught off-guard. Yuta believes this is the true strength of Copy."
Copy is heavily restricted by its accessibility. While the user can copy a technique, they cannot access it unless Rika is fully manifested or they are within their domain. Both conditions are restrictive in their own ways, with Rika's complete manifestation only lasting five minutes at a time, and a domain expansion expending immense amounts of cursed energy and also having the risk of cursed technique burn-out afterwards.
"Furthermore, the user's own cursed energy output can also limit a copied technique's effectiveness. For example, while Sukuna's Cleave was able to cut apart Ryu Ishigori's head despite the latter's immense cursed energy reinforcement, Yuta's copied Cleave was only able to deal minor injuries to Sukuna's face after cutting it."
