Simple: Conjures a giant cloud of fog around the Caster
You create a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered where the Caster casted the spell.
The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
The vapors prevent effective ranged weapon attacks. A creature or object that falls into solid fog is slowed, so that each 10 feet of vapor that it passes through reduces falling damage by 1D4
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell at a higher level (You can cast it as a 8th Tier Spell), The Range Of The Spell Increases to 100-foot-radius
