You can release all the souls you have accumulated throughout your life and allowed them to roam free , creating a bloody river that is dubbed the "River of Death"

By Drinking the Blood of People, You take them into yourself [Their Soul]
Release:
You can draw the Souls from your Soul out into the World to use against your foes

You are the People [If they had powers or somethin else like, Then you may use them using their Body]
...Also... Yes, you can see out of all those Eyes

Downside

If someone kills one of the people, You lose them
Also one Hour after using this Power, You will be in a Weakened State
