Slowin Gel

This Power is an AOE Power
When activated it will make all Creatures around you feel like they are in some type of Gel that slows their movements to ALMOST a Halt
This Gel only slows down your Enemies physically not mentally
Most of the Target's Abilities will not work anymore while in the Gel
