Sard Espin

Local conspiracy theorist and sometimes news man Sard Espin is trying despirately to "tell it like it is" and "reveal the truth", claims that he "will not be silenced". He appears as a Firbolg male, and can be found pushing his soup cart around the city.
Basically he's a really nice guy who definitely knows where all of his marbles are, he just doesn't have them in his posession.
Publisher and editor of the Bracken Rag, a self-distributed free news paper, for which he will never accept payment, but will happily accept donations.
Sard is an avid fan of Gutterbat, and at one point attempted to join the New Town Tigers. Although he did not make the team, he remains an avid supporter and can typically be found vending (and cheering) at all of their games.
