New Town Fire

After Etrigan Sparrow's development and homes in New Town were built without a fountain, a massive fire decimated a large swath of the newly constructed homes. Fortunately no-one had moved in yet, but it was decided that the site would be dedicated as a memorial and site of one of the largest fountains in the city's history.
