elBortex

elBortex are a mercenary company founded by Alfonso Gothren shortly after the death of his father. They are based in Veilrun with their headquarters being in Gothren Plaza (named after Alfonso's grandfather).
They mostly take on jobs involving security, and act as guards for homes of the owner doesn't wish to train their own.
Theyyhave recently been seen taking contracts from the crown to raize a cavern so that it can be integrated into the gold mines.

Structure

It follows a simplistic military rank structure: soldiers at the bottom, who are expected to know how to fight with a sword; they are lead in small groups by Captains, who in addition to swordplay need to have the ability to think on their feet, and change tactics in an evolving fight; the captains then answer to a Lieutenant, who is expected to organise the squads to take on challenges efficiently; they are managed by a General, who will make decisions of the campaign or mission, and how the targets should ideally be met; at the top is the Commander, who acts often as a General, but also is the source of much of the finance before the payment of the contract is made.
