Lord Cornelius

His Lordship Cornelius Cinicka (a.k.a. Corny)

Lord Cornelius is the current head of the Cinicka Family, and is also the "Fleet Master" of the Cinicka Fishing Fleet, though he commands it from his manor in Veilrun.
He has recently become a member of the King's Court, and his greatest achievment he has managed is a reduction in tax for individual fishermen and fishing fleets on the west coast.
He is the second generation of the Cinicka Family, as his father was the one who fished up the treasure that brought their initial fortune, and Cornelius was there to help haul it up.  He has been the head of the family and the fleet for the last 15 years since his father passed away.
