Council Of Udrana

This small council is the inner circle of the King or Queen. Their daily reports are crucial to keep the current leader informed of country affairs. 
Their power outside the king and/or queen is to also help elect other officials in the nation's cities and armies. Few laws are passed just by the council itself without being looked over by the current leadership. Often the members of the small council are elected by the current leadership but there is always at least one publicly elected official by the people.
