Oclistas official Potions and Enchant Shop and the unofficial thieves guild. This rather large building on the riverside and its duel purpose draws in people of all types. Officials originally tried to shut it down early on upon learning of its true purpose but it has long since become an integral part in the city's operations.
Sensory & Appearance
This rather large building for a simple potions and enchantment shop looks rather unassuming. Wood paneling and stone pillars makes it feel right at home with the north side homes that surround it. Inside is like most small buildings in the area with shelves lining the sides full of potions and special armor and staffs hanging from the walls. The back terrace is fenced off that leads down to the river where a few people are often seen talking with an open entrance into the basement.
