The Cloud Conclave
The Cloud Conclave is the governing collective of ellected oficials for Dacrait.
While its officials are elected by the people it operates outside its people's daily opinions. Having full control of writing laws, foreign relations, and trade markets. This is mostly due to the vast diversity of species and cultures that Dacrait attracts. While this can often create hostilities from species to species as it is hard to gain a seat without a large population it has proven to be stable.
