Duskwatcher

A vigilante in the City of Bramble Grove. Their actions seem to be somewhat altruistic, distributing wealth and goods to the less fortunate members of the city. Their actions are condemned by the city government, guards, and the elite. Though many in the lower class appreciate their presence. Their identity is unknown, though they are known to be a Lepu. They have often been seen coming and going via the Thornbrook University.
