Dragon Turtle

The magic of Dragon Turtles is linked with the oceans of the Material Plane. Technically, they are not really dragons - but they are similar in nature and power to the point that are easily mistaken for a unique mutation.
Dragon Turtles live in the water, the young hide in caves and coral reefs or burrow in the seafloor, and adults typically keep their hoards in lairs they no longer fit into. Dragon Turtles hoard items found in shipwrecks, and are fond of items that can survive being submerged.
Dragon Turtles have been known to become so large they resemble islands, and some myths describe them being used as mounts by creatures of the elemental plane of water.
