Cowardice

A law throughout Boethia, "Cowardice", usually refusing a fight, is punished by a week in jail. This is to promote a strong population, and a way of solving disputes. Theft, Murder, and Mugging are not permitted and if a fight should end in any of these, the Culprit will be severely punished by ruling of his or her peers.
