leather smiths, apothecary, farmers/ rancher, fishermen, brewery, story weavers, and gem trade. Each trade come together and discuss issues or just philosophy. Not any one trade has any power over any of the others. With time being in over abundance, talking is drawn out, and does not stop until an agreement is made by all. The intricacies of this interesting form of government can be talked about at length, and admittedly have little more issues other than cold weather effecting crops. This form of government ranks amongst the oldest known on the planet, at about 2000 years of tradition, still going strong.
