Anatomy

A frost man is not a humanoid, and instead, an elemental. Their attunement is such to cold and frost that it is essentially what they are made of.

Genetics and Reproduction

A closely guarded secret, a frost man reproduces once in its lifetime. This is when they have reached the end of their life, and they are called innately to a place that is attuned to the plane of which they originate. There they collapse into snow and ice, and a young frost man is born through the remains.

Dietary Needs and Habits

A frost man needs to consume water, but food does little for them.
