Lamia are made when a humanoid devoted to the Sphere of Chaos is granted the form as a boon. This is rare, and meant only for the most devout servants of Chaos.

Growth Rate & Stages

The lion stage is the first of the blessings of Chaos, and transforms them into a half-humanoid, half-lion hybrid. After further signs of devotion is given by the now lamia, they may be granted the second stage, the serpent stage. Here, the lion half of the body is replaced with that of a long and powerful snake, leading some to confuse these lamia with yuan-ti or naga.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Lamia are carnivores, and the only plants that adorn their meals are those that season and spice it.
