Tsetwenotso
Qualifications
A hobgoblin must have at least 100 combat engagements before they are considered for the position.
Requirements
A hobgoblin must have reached the age of 30 before they are able to be considered.
Appointment
When the last Tsetwenotso dies, the next lower ranking officers take council with each other on who takes the spot. In times of war and expediancy, it would be the oldest of them so long as they met the requirements.
Duties
To ensure the survival and success of their Legion and the people inside it.
Responsibilities
High level strategy, logistics, policy, and financial decisions of a Legion all fall on the Tsetwenotso.
