Rajjar

Patron of the Chalk Domain, Rajjar straddles the line between friend and foe. Guilty of assisting sea elves of the rival Meridian domain, he was confronted by Gromlock and Erky after they made quick work of his partners. With their help, Rajjar was able to thwart a dark ritual from transforming helpless elves and other fey into nautical abominations.
While it is unknown the true ambitions of this sea elf, Rajjar has agreed to parlay with the party in the Lost Steppe near the Chalk Doldrum.
