Meanwhile, the Quad-Powers struggled to maintain unity, with internal political divisions weakening their resolve.   The Spark
The invasion of the Kingdom of Lacri by the Methaca Empire in 1939, fueld by territorial claims and a desire for resources, ignited the conflict. The Quad-Powers, bound by treaty, declared war on the Methaca Empire. Erbeilian Empire, initially hesitant, saw an opportunity to exploit the situation and expand its own influence. They declared war on both the Quad-Powers and the Methaca Empire, aiming to dominate the continent.

Deployment

The war became a global conflict, engulfing nations across Caelum Prime. The Quad-Powers, now joined by the Kingdom of Vepar, contended with a war on two fronts, facing off against the might of the Erbeilian Empire as well as the feared Methaca Empire.   Western Front: A brutal trnch war reignited along the borders of Methaca Empire and the City-State of Vict, with even more devastating weaponry employed.   Eastern Front: Methaca Empire launched a brutal mechanized offensive against the Erbeilian Empire. At the same time the Erbeilian Empire fought against the Kingdom of Vepar.   Southern Front: Methaca Empire attacked the Kingdom of Vepar, hoping to secure a strategic foothodl in the south.   Colonial Struggles: The conflict spilled over into distant colonies, with brutal compaigns fogt across diverse landscapes.

Battlefield

The war saw a significant escalation in brutality and technological advancements:   Trench Warfare: Even more fortified and deadlier, with new chemical weapons and mechanized assaults further adding to the carnage.   Satai Scír Warfare: The Methaca Empire emplyed fast-moving tank divisions and aerial bombardments to overwhelm enemy Defenses.   Airship Fleets: Airships became a dominant force in the skies, raining down destruction on cities and clashing in spectacular aerial battles.   Naval warfare: Massive battleships and technologically advanced submarines dominated the oceans, vying for control of vital trade routes.
