Session 178: Weapons & Wights

General Summary

Descending into the Dawnforge, the group encountered trapped hallways and rooms filled with dangerous and experimental weaponry. The party helped themselves to what they could safely carry and made their way deeper into the complex. According to the map Ocklyn Seith had provided, the vault they sought was here in the farthest reaches of the underground catacombs.
Inside the chamber, Messeneth's creations had already begun collecting the documents and items hidden within the Dawnforge. Here, the party came face-to-face with a macrosian, a terrifying, shadowy undead. The ensuing battle was brutal, leaving the party battered and low on stamina. They returned to the ground level to regroup with Lise and Martin and take a moment to recover before exploring the rest of the facility.
