About The Land of Dawn
The land of Dawn is a kingdom nestled within three seas, the Aurorin Sea the the south, Maelstrom's Vortex Sea to the north and Sehanine's Blessing to its west, ruled by an elven king and queen chosen by the god of the land, who are revered as living embodiments of nature's power and wisdom. The people of Dawn are deeply spiritual, with a strong reverence for Pelor, the Dawnfather, who they believe is responsible for the fertility of the land and the bountiful harvests that sustain them.
The southern regions of Dawn are lush rainforests, teeming with exotic and dangerous creatures that pose a constant threat to travelers and locals alike. Few dare to venture into these uncharted territories, where the vines are thick and the shadows deep. Those who do often seek to uncover ancient artifacts or lost ruins that may hold the secrets of the land's past.
As you travel north, the dense jungle gives way to rolling hills and expansive fields of farmland, tended to by the hardworking farmers who make up the backbone of Dawn's economy. Here, vast orchards of fruit trees and crops of all kinds are grown in abundance, under the watchful gaze of the sun and the nurturing hands of the farmers.
Despite the relative safety of the north, there are still plenty of dangers to be found, from roving bands of goblin raiders to the occasional rampaging dragon. The elves of Dawn are skilled in the art of archery and magic, and have long kept the peace through their mastery of the forest and the elements. But even they know that the world is full of surprises, and that the gods work in mysterious ways.
