The last of her kind, Priphina stands as a unique anomaly in a world bereft of her people's presence, her diminutive stature and unassuming demeanor masking a chilling malevolence that sets her apart from the denizens of Cairne, and even from the members of the coven.
Despite her small stature and childlike appearance, Priphina possesses a calculating intellect and a cold, emotionless demeanor that causes her to stand out from her sisters in the coven. Speaking only in whispers, she wields a psychological prowess that allows her to manipulate her victims with chilling precision, extracting their deepest secrets without them ever realizing they had been laid bare. While not among the physically strongest members of the coven, Priphina's ability to slip through the world unseen and unobtrusive makes her one of the most dangerous. With a talent for blending into the shadows and remaining unnoticed, she stalks her prey with eerie precision, preying upon their vulnerabilities with a sadistic glee. Priphina's wickedness manifests in her penchant for tearing down her victims over long periods of time, methodically stripping away the elements of the lives that they hold dear. With a twisted sense of satisfaction, she plays the role of sympathetic comforter, offering solace to her victims as she orchestrates their downfall from the shadows, one by one tearing away every aspect of their lives they hold dear. Spouses, friends, family and even children, she removes each over a long period of time, allowing just enough time for some comfort to be found before causing even more harm, stringing her victim along in a constant state of despair and chaotic worry until there was nothing left but the empty world around them, and their treasured comforter, Priphina herself...unaware that she had orchestrated every tragic even that led them to this place. Once completely isolated and broken, only then would she reveal her true nature, adding just one more lashing wound to their already shattered heart. For Priphina, the blood of her victims tastes sweeter when it has been steeped in the bitterness of their despair...a flavor that she savors as she drains them of their life essence, forcing them to endure the torment of their own unraveling while she feasts upon their suffering, prolonging their existence for as long as she can, her healing skills able to keep her victims alive and aware for years on end as she sips away their life's blood.

Priphina Cobblerest's history is one of solitude and sorrow, a tale of a gnome woman whose talent and potential were overshadowed by the cruelty of her own kin. Born into obscurity and raised amidst the bustling burrows beneath the mountain, Priphina was a shy and meek soul, prone to losing herself in the delicate art of silversmithing and gem cutting, a passion that served as her only solace in a world that had little use for her. Despite her considerable talent, Priphina's status as an orphan and her low-born lineage made her an outcast among her own people. Subjected to ridicule and abuse by her peers, she withdrew further into herself, seeking refuge in the solitude of her craft as she toiled away in the lower halls of the gnomish burrows.
From a young age, Priphina became a hermit, bitter and resentful of a world that had cast her aside. Though she longed for acceptance and companionship, she was too terrified to confront those who had wronged her, choosing instead to bury her pain beneath layers of isolation and despair. It was in this state of aching loneliness that Priphina caught the attention of Lady Aisling Riamh, who saw in the young gnome a kindred spirit, a soul in need of solace and purpose. Sensing an opportunity to expand her influence and power, Aisling reached out to Priphina, offering her a place within the coven, a chance to belong to something greater than herself. Though she barely understood the true nature of the offer before her, Priphina imagined that anything would be better than a life condemned to the gutter, a lost and lonely girl that no one wanted, and so, with Aisling's tender kindness and gentle words of affection, she eagerly accepted her place within the coven, seeing it as a surrogate family where she could finally find the acceptance and belonging she had so longed for.
Unbeknownst to Priphina, her eagerness to join the coven would bind her to Aisling's vision for eternity, her dedication to their cause unwavering as she pledged herself to their dark purpose. In the embrace of her newfound family, she found a sense of belonging that had eluded her all her life, her loyalty to Aisling and her sisters absolute as she dedicated herself to their cause with fervent devotion.
