They are the danger hiding in plain sight, listening and gathering information, manipulating social situations, and if need be, eliminating a threat to their disguise. Employed by all the major powers of Cairne, espionage is a mainstay that keeps friends honest and enemies passive, as one never knows who might be over hearing any plots or schemes. Masters of disguise, social manipulation, and perception, the spy is a dangerous foe, but one you seldom see coming because they are the friend smiling at your side.
