The Roper RTTS-3
The Roper RTTS-3 is a lightly armored personal transportation vehicle. Originally developed by the Bechtlarite military as a means of circumventing the decline of riding and pack animals following the Blight, these units quickly became a mainstay. The design has been adopted and circulated through various other cultures as well, but it does take a substantial amount of mechanical aptitude to maintain them, and a degree of training to handle them as well. While the units are seldom used in active engagements, they are armored and can sustain a sizable amount of damage before breaking down provided the boiled and engine are not damaged too severely. With speed to rival a standard horse and the ability to run without ceasing as long as fuel in the form of coal or other sustainable material is available, these are the perfect means of transport through the majority of the world.
