Founding

As the Ventryte people begin to settle into their way of life, it is decided that their people need a central location from which to expand, allowing the elderly, the sick, and the Elders a safe place to live.

As the Ventrytes not only began to find their identity as a people, but slowly began to master their new lands and homes, it was decided that the nomadic lifestyle that the majority of them preferred was not the safest means to preserve the older and unwell members of their people, as live on the move brought its own share of dangers and potential disasters. The meager beginnings of Dusty Shore began as a small gathering of tensts and wagons, but has grown significantly over the years, eventually becoming the unofficial seat of power for the Elders that govern their people. It also offers a key location for surplus supplies, trade, and information trade and gathering.
